Utilizing scanning methodology, all paper claims received are digitized and electronically inloaded for processing. Providers are encouraged to bypass this process and submit their claims directly from their billing software. Using the internet, providers who submit electronically are able to review the status of their submitted claims more efficiently and effectively.
