Our Customer Service Department is available for our Providers so that we may promptly assist with any inquiries they may have related to their patient's care. Our Customer Service Department assists our Providers with inquiries related to member authorizations status, approved authorizations, authorization modifications, claims inquiries, eligibility inquiries and all other inquires related to the member's care. We are also there to support the provider with any assistance they may need, whether it be to communicate with the member on their behalf, assist with provider education and serve as a liaison between the Primary Care Physician, Specialist and Member, whenever needed.
