The Data Management department encompasses the Data Management Information Center (DMIC) that includes acquiring data resources, validating, processing and delivering accurate and reliable data information to support strategic and day-to-day operations. The department includes:

Data Analytics

Responsible for HEDIS/STAR data reporting, HCC reporting, Health Plan compliance reporting, management reporting and departmental reporting.

EDI Encounters

Responsible for submitting accurate encounters to the Health Plans using standard 837 formats as well as proprietary formats.

EDI Claims

Responsible for receiving electronic claims from clearinghouses and from providers via portal and ensuring timely processing and loading of the electronic claims into the Claims system.

Provider Web Portal Management

Responsible for managing the portal providers' account, portal technical call support and working with web developers to ensure the portal is up-to-date for day-to-day operations.
