We research and resolve authorization, member bill, claims, eligibility inquiries, transportation needs and any additional concerns in a timely manner. We are committed to providing quality service to our members by maintaining positive communication through provider and member outreach and education. We have bilingual staff to communicate effectively with our multi-cultural members. To ensure we are doing our best to ensure that we are meeting our member's needs, we conduct member satisfaction surveys annually to gauge organizational performance and identify possible areas of improvement among all departments.
